Submitting a ticket is more effective than emailing or calling a single person in the department, because your message can be seen and answered by anyone in the department.
If the person you want to contact is not available, someone else may be able to help you.
To submit a ticket to AV or Media Services, simply send an email to:
This will automatically generate a ticket in our system, and send you a notification that your email has been received and a ticket created, including the ticket number.
Please do not include this address in group emails, forwards, or CC’d emails - that will cause extra tickets to be generated.
