In order to connect to the EOU Wi-Fi network, you will need the following:
- A valid Mountie Pass
- A device that supports WPA2 Enterprise authentication:
General Connection Instructions
- Enable Wi-Fi on your device, and select the EOU network from the list of available networks
- When prompted, fill in your Mountie Pass username and password
- NOTE any time your Mountie Pass password changes, you will need to update the connection with the new password!
- If prompted, trust the server certificate for
cppm.eou.edu
Android Connection Instructions
- Enable Wi-Fi on your device, and select the EOU network from the list of available networks
- When prompted, fill in the following settings:
- EAP method =
PEAP
- Phase 2 authentication =
MSCHAPV2
if available; otherwise select None
- CA certificate =
Use system certificates
if available; otherwise select Do not validate
- Domain = The domain is
eou.edu
. This option may only appear if you selected Use system certificates for the CA certificate setting.
- Identity = Your Mountie Pass username (e.g.,
mmountaineer@eou.edu
or mmountaineer
)
- Password = Your Mountie Pass password
- NOTE any time your Mountie Pass password changes, you will need to update the connection with the new password!
- Leave other settings at default
- Click Connect or Save to save the settings and connect to the network

- Leave other settings at default
- Click Connect to save the settings and connect and connect to the network
