How to I Run a Report Using a From and To Date
There are 2 ways to do a From and To Date in FAST.

Select the between option in the filter. This will allow you to enter 2 dates a From Date and a To Date.

Set a Custom Filter on a date column within your report. Set the filter so that its >= From Date AND <= To Date.
