As a new student or employee, you will receive an email containing your Mountie Pass information.
Look for the email in your personal email account (the same email that you used when applying to EOU). The email will come from helpdesk@eou.edu
and have a subject of Your EOU Account is now Available
. It will contain your account information along with a link that lets you set your password.
You will have 24 hours
from when the email was sent before the link expires. Click the link to set a password.
When setting your password, please review our Password Requirements.
If you missed the 24 hour window and your link has expired, you can get a new link yourself by following the Password Reset instructions.
