Setting up Noctel account and voicemail for new employee

When a new employee is hired, an automated ticket is created for the IT department to make sure that a computer and phone are set up for them. During this initial setup, all phone settings should be set back to the default and the extension name is updated to the new employee. If the new employee would like to set up their own personal greeting or change the pin from the default (0000), please review the full instructions.

If the new employee would like to have their own personal Noctel account, please submit a ticket by sending an email to so that can be created. The Noctel account allows users to view and delete voicemails easily, set up email notifications to be sent to their EOU email, and manage additional settings for their extension.
