Mountie-Hub is EOU’s online self-service portal for both students and staff. You will receive an email to a personal email account with your Mountie-Pass information so you can access Mountie-Hub.
Students of EOU receive access to their student’s class schedule, grades, unofficial transcript, accounts receivable information, and the ability to register for classes. It provides prospective students with access to the course catalog and class schedule and the ability to apply for admission.
Employees of EOU receive access to their leave balances, pay stubs, benefit information, and W-2’s.
1. How do I access Mountie-Hub? Webster is part of the Mountie Pass system! Go to my.eou.edu and use your Mountie Pass credentials to log into the portal. Once you’re into the system, click on the “Company” tab and select the “Mountie Hub” button.
2. What’s my username and password? Mountie Hub uses Mountie Pass credentials. You should’ve already received an email to your personal email account with your Mountie-Pass credentials so you can log in. If you haven’t, please contact the EOU IT Help Desk at helpdesk@eou.edu or (541) 962-3111.
3. How do I change my Mountie Pass password? You can change your Mountie Pass password at my.eou.edu by clicking the “Forgot Password” link.
4. Where do I register for courses?
Once you are logged into Mountie-Hub, click on Student Services

5. Is there a place to view class schedules and syllabi?
Yes! Go to my.eou.edu and use your Mountie Pass credentials to log into the portal. Once you’re into the system, click on the Company
tab and select the Class Search
button.
6. How do I access my timesheet?
Once you are logged into Mountie-Hub, click on Employee Services
and then Employee Information
to enter your timesheet.
