EOU Wireless Printer

EOU Students and staff now have another option to print wirelessly. If you follow the steps below, you’ll be able to send black & white or color prints (either 8.5 x 11 or 11 x 17 paper sizes) to a wireless photocopier in Pierce Library to be picked up and automatically charged to your student account or you can pay for the print directly at the library.

Step 1

Log into the my.EOU Portal and click on the Library Print button.

Step 2

Select the type of print you wish to proceed with. Your choices included Black/White or Color, single or double sided and paper size. Enter your EOU email address and upload the document you wish to print on the dashboard. Click the Triangle/Play button to proceed. NOTE: You can reference the different file formats below. Any Google Document, Spreadsheet or Presentation file will need to be downloaded into a Microsoft file format to use this printer.

Step 3

Select the number of copies or indicate the specific pages you wish to print from your document. Click the Triangle/Play button to proceed.

Step 4

Confirm the prince of the print and click the Green Printer button to proceed. Please note that print jobs are held int he queue for up to 72 hours.

Step 5

Visit the first floor of the EOU Pierce Library and head towards the rear of the building until you see the black photocopier and kiosk computer. From the kiosk computer, select your print based on either your EOU email address or your EOU ID Number (910#).

Step 6

Select Pay from AAM Account to charge your EOU student account for the printing. You can also select Pay from Vending Machine to pay for the print using cash or a credit card from the vending machine to the left of the kiosk computer.

Step 7

Enter your EOU ID Number (910#) in the Library Card Number field and enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number in the User PIN field to proceed.

Step 8

The black copier should be printing your document. NOTE: You’ll receive a email to your EOU email account confirming your charges to your student account once you complete your print job.
