Emal archiving is the archiving of all emails sent or received to any @eou.edu
email address, regardless if the user deletes a message. Email retention is the retention of email (and instant messaging) records based on the policies of the university. You can view the email retention policy for the university here: 4.10.40 Email Retention Policy. Please note that the email retention is automatic and any email that is past the policy’s posted retention date will be purged and cannot be recovered.

is a open e-mail forum where all EOU employees who are enrolled into the group can speak about various topics, sell items, announce upcoming events and many other examples.
