How to view a calendar in Astra
NOTES:
The website does timeout. If left alone for a few minutes, you will have to log back in.
STEP 1:
Navigate to astra.eou.edu.
STEP 2:
Login using your Mountie Pass
STEP 3:
Click Calendars [Red Box].
STEP 4:
Click Scheduling Grids [Red Box].
STEP 5:
Scheduling Grids Window
[Blue box] - navigate page by page for all the rooms.
[Brown box] - you can click the down arrow next to Show to display more results per page.
[Red box] - shows you where you can filter the different buildings.
[Green box] - filter by category, such as Conference Rooms.
- The Calendar to show all rooms on campus is called Calendar 1
This last screenshot is an example of filtering. It shows all conference rooms for Ackerman.
